How To Slim Down Thighs? With Simple Exercises, Easy, Peevy!

Everyone wants to lose weight, but the urban busy Singapore woman of today, just don’t have the time to prepare special diets or go to the gym or spare 2 hours everyday to exercise.

Because of this, we have some effective 10 minute exercise guide tips to slim down thighs quickly and solve your woe of “how to rid cellulite” once and for all!

1. Walk and use an incline assistance.

Use the stairs to aid your incline. Walking at an incline burns off calories that much faster and reduce fat all over. At the same time it helps to tone the muscles in the legs making you look that much sexier! Walk up a few flights and then sprints a few flights. Do this for like 10 levels and repeat about 3 sets. Walking downstairs is a warming down and helps you to sprint again when you hit bottom level 1. This makes the exercise regime that much quicker! As you progress, do repeats from 3 to 10 times in a day and do this about 3 times a week. This only takes you the most, about 30 minutes of your time.

2. Jump-roping is a wonderful and fabulous way to get into shape.

Skip and quicken your steps to jump as fast as you can for a minute. Slow down for another minute and repeat. Do this for 10 minutes and you are done!

3. Weight-training.

Body building is a good way to slim down because muscle is the only type of tissue in your body that burn calories when at rest. Use weights to build up muscle in your arms, legs, hips, , lower tummy and butt.

4. Squat exercises.

Squats are an amazing way to lose weight and build leg muscle. From a standing position, simply lower yourself so that your thighs are parallel to the floor while keeping your back straight, looking straight ahead. Then straighten your legs and stand up. Repeat. Do this for about 5 minutes and rest 1 minute. Repeat for 3 times and increase as you progress to about 10 times. Do this for 3 times a week. Your time used? about 15 to 20 minutes max!

5. How about Lunges’ exercise?

Lunge exercise uses your various muscle groups to life the butt and burn calories, making them one of the better effective and essential lower body exercises solve how to slim down thigh. Make sure your body is straight and not slouching when doing this exercise. Do about 20 lunges and rest for 1 minute. Repeat about 3 times. - Have healthy meats like fish, poultry, nuts and avoid red meat as far as possible.

- Choose healthy fats like plant oils, nuts, fish like salmon and limit saturated fats and trans fats.

- Eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables.

- Remember your calcuim like fortified soy milk, low fat milk (check and ensure labels for no containment of artificial substances) and also vitamin D supplements.
