What is cellulite? Well, to most women, and also some men, it means an unsightly, spongy looking substance that seems to like the areas of our body where we tend to store the most fat. Namely our thighs, buttocks, hips, and other areas where fat tends to congregate. Cellulite reduction  products and treatments like the popular  has become a multimillion dollar industry, because no one wants to have cellulite. Body wraps are one of the hottest ways to slim your body quickly and reduce inches. A lot of women pay hundreds of dollars to go to salons and get these slimming treatments, but you can do it right in your own home, and it’s EFFECTIVE. Look, even Hollywood stars go to great lengths to remain cellulite free, especially since avid photographers will get their pictures of them in bathing suits and magnify every ounce of cellulite in their body to expose them for a high price in our celebrity and beauty obsessed culture. I’ve often said myself, that I’d probably always be happy withmy weight and my body if it weren’t for cellulite, which makes you look heavier than what you are because of it’s uneven, sloppy appearance, and it’s tendency to make you look “lumpy” in the areas where it likes to multiply. There are multiple machines that dermatologists and other certified specialists use, including the endermologies machine, which pinches the skin and smooths out cellulite by breaking apart these bands. By the way, this is why I say to rub hard and make sure you get kind of roughwhen using cellulite cream, you can then mimic the endermologie machine and enhance your results. There is also something called Lypossage, which is performed by licensed massotherapists and used the same theory as the endermologie machine, except proponents claim that since it is performed by human hands, it is more targeted to your problem areas and can better manipulate the causes of the cellulite with human hands. Acupuncture is an increasingly popular way to help reduce cellulite, but reportedly it is short term, as in only a few days. Needles are inserted into the affected areas at certain strategic places, and this is supposed to temporarily dramatically decrease the appearance of cellulite. It is rumored that this technique is used on many a supermodel before a major runway show to reduce the appearance of cellulite big time. There are an increasing number of small handheld devices that use suction to help reduce cellulite, but these are a pain in the butt, no pun intended, andcan take up to a half hour a day of your time to obtain results.
