Even though I am not a huge fan of exercising if I am going to do it I would like to know that the exercises I have chosen to do are going to target my dreaded cellulite.  Keep in mind exercise should be paired with drinking plenty of water because staying hydrated helps flush out the fat cells.  Also, get plenty of rest.  At least 7-8 hrs a night ( I know…who has time for that!). Lotions and potions aside let focus for a minute on exercise.  Some workouts are definitely better than others especially if we are trying to get our legs back!

One of the best exercises to get rid of cellulite is cardio. Here is a cardio workout designed to shape up your legs, butt, and abdomen.  It is from shape.com.
