Alyssa Kelly started out the day with some fantastic freestyle finishing with a 3.4 second drop in her 25 free (19.13). Avery McNulty then sliced through the the 50 fly with her best fly to date catapulting to an 8 second drop in her 25 and 7 second drop in her 25 (18.56)(40.69). Watch out butterfly world when she gets her head down! Eliza Wilson then cruisd to an 8 second drop in her 50 fly (50.60), while Amelia Michko swam some superb fly herself with a double best (26.64)(102.5). Jack Attack Walsh then attacked his fly with a new and improved stroke and best 25 (28.63). Brenna Banana Dahlgren squeezed off an amazing 11 seconds in her 25 and 25 in her 50 with beautiful butterfly technique (24.91)(59.76). Brenna and her partner Alyssa Kelly both cracked the 1:00 barrier in their swims. Alyssa crunched off 4 seconds in her 25 and 8 seconds in her 50 (22.10)(53.12).

Then came some blazing back strokes. Amelia Michko swam some long and strong back with a 2 second drop (53.56). Avery McNulty then raced some excited backstroke with her best head back stroke yet and a double best and 10 second drop (20.53)(43.25). Then Eliza Wilson blazed through the waters and achieved a double best backstroke with 21.85 and 47.98. Jack Walsh clobbered 6 seconds from his backstroke with some strong kicking finishing his jack stroke with a 28.99 and 58.82 double best cracking the 1:00 mark. Brenna Dahlgren and Alyssa Kelly then raced to some great BDA backstroke with Alyssa slicing off a second (54.36).

In the 50 breaststroke, Eliza Wilson showed her much improved breaststroke and grabbed a double best (25.60)(56.10). Amelia Michko greatly improved her breaststroke kick and also cruised to a double best smiling swim (33.06)(116.11). Avery McNulty placed herself just over 2 seconds off a JO cut from the summer and knocked off 6 from her best (21.00)(44.54). Jack Walsh swam some happening head down breaststroke and Brenna Dahlgren earned a double best with some beautiful breaststroke of her own (36.85)(56.78). In the 100 IMs, BDA Silver achieved all bests. Amelia knocked off 10 from her previous time with some great walls (208.5). Eliza grabbed a best 25 fly and crunched off 22 from her IM best (24.22) (148.99). Avery IM an IMer McNulty then raced to a heat winner ribbon with a huge 27 second drop (131.69). Jack Walsh smiled through an enormous 8 second drop in his swim (208.91). Alyssa apple Kelly and Brenna Banana Dahlgren both cracked the 2:00 mark with Alyssa chopping off 4 secondswith some fantastic fly 158.26) and Brenna knocking off 9 with some brilliant breast stroking (152.82).

Finally the freestyles started with some fantastic long swimming and a double best by Amelia (22.53)(51.66) who quickly ran down the pool to support her teammates final swims. Eliza got her racing kick on and quickly swam to a double best (21.66)(48.95). Avery speed demon McNulty chopped off 3 seconds and broke :40 with a double best (17.10)(36.71). Jack Walsh flip turned to some fantastically improving freestyle. Brenna Banana achieved a best 25 (22.72) while Alyssa Apple chopped off 3 seconds from her 50 with some smooth stroking (44.99).
