Go Green

Chard, lettuce, spinach and other greens are a great way to burn off calories and fat cells. They also help make the stomach feel full which will lead to eating less. When a person is in the middle of a serious workout they should keep this in mind and remember to adjust their calorie count. Coffee grounds and going green works even better with a little exercise three to five times a week.

Remember that everyone has cellulite but that doesn’t mean anyone can’t change those statistics. Try the coffee grounds, eat plenty of greens, eat high in protein foods, and keep a positive attitude because you’re gorgeous whether you lose cellulite or not.
