The practice was established in 2004 by Kern Frost, after he studied Neoro Linguistic Programmng and Hypnosis with Richard Bandler (co founder of N.L.P) and Paul McKenna (the renowned celebrity hypnotist).

We now see clients  internationally through our continually expanding partner offices, as well as running training programs for individuals and corporations, who find developing their skills in areas such as hypnosis, NLP, coaching and consulting techniques of benefit.

Peak Performance & Hypno-Coaching:

Subsequently we have expanded from primarily using hypnosis in health related issues, into working in all areas of performance enhancement. Our breadth of expertise extends to:

• Working with professional athletes to increase their expectations and winning potential.
• Coaching CEO’s and entrepreneurs working to develop their stress management and creative/problem solving abilities.
• Assisting public figures with regard to public speaking, confidence issues, anxiety and nervous disorders.

Within the practice, we can draw on a wide range of disciplines in addition to hypnosis and NLP, including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, dieticians, body mechanics experts, physiotherapists as well as coaching and mentoring professionals.
