This week I’m going to give examples of Symulast workouts so you’ll at least know what you’re getting into. Symulast is short for Synergistic Muscle Layer Stimulation Exercises. These exercises are designed to strengthen the leg muscles, particularly the muscles just beneath the skin. As those muscles get more firm, your cellulite will become less and less visible until you achieve Naked Beauty.

Low Tempo Leg Lifts

  • Get on your hands and knees.  Your hands should be directly beneath your shoulders and your knees directly beneath your waist. 
  • Lift your right leg and point it to the right. Don’t lock your knees, just keep your leg mostly straight.
  • Move your right foot in ten small, clockwise circles. Then move it in ten small, counter clockwise circles. This should burn.
  • Now do the exact same thing with your left leg. As you get stronger, the circles should become larger.

Symmetrical Hip Extensions

  • Get on your elbows and knees.
  • Lift your right knee just a few inches off the floor.
  • Slowly extend your right leg until it’s straight behind you and your right foot is high in the air above the rest of your body.
  • Slowly return your leg to the starting position (make sure not to bring your right knee any farther forward than your left knee) and do nine more.
  • Do this exact motion on the left side ten times. You should feel it in your butt.

Walking Lunge Touchdown

  • Start in the standing position. 
  • Step forward with your right leg and slowly bend both knees until your left knee is nearly touching the ground.
  • Stand up straight again and immediately step forward with your left leg and bend both knees until your right knee is nearly touching the ground.
  • Do this four more times while making sure your right knee doesn’t move farther forward than your right foot (same goes for the left knee and left foot).

When you do Symulast workouts on a regular basis, your leg muscles will become so firm that they will actually push outward against your skin and smooth away the cellulite. There are many more exercises along with specific routines that work best, but this should give you an idea of what Naked Beauty: The Symulast Method is all about. It’s not a quick fix.
