SCHEDULING

Office hours: Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm.

Your time is as important as ours, so we keep a punctual schedule. Same day treatment for any urgent care issues. Appointment time is reserved daily to accommodate emergencies, should they occur.

FIRST VISIT

Your first scheduled appointment consists of an initial oral exam, which includes an evaluation of your teeth, your gums and surrounding oral tissues. We will also review your medical history, as well as discuss your primary dental concerns. After the examination, we will present our findings and explain our diagnosis. Treatment recommendations will be presented to you, as well as any treatment options available.

To expedite your first appointment, our PATIENT REGISTRATION FORM and MEDICAL HISTORY FORM can be downloaded to your computer and printed. Please bring these completed forms along with any insurance information to this initial appointment. If you have x-rays from your previous dental office, please bring them to your appointment.
