LOVE YOUR BODY, LLC POLICIES. Payment and Fees: Payment is due at the time of service. Fees and discounts are posted and are subject to change. We accept Cash, Check, VISA or Master Card. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. Package Purchases: Package sessions must be used within one year of the purchase date. All unused sessions are void at one year from the date of purchase. You may transfer unused sessions to another person. No refunds. Reschedule and Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice required to cancel or reschedule appointments. If you do not show up or fail to reschedule on 24 hrs notice, a full fee will be charged or a session will be deducted from your package. Scheduled Appointments: Your session begins and ends at the scheduled time regardless of when you arrive. If you are 20 minutes late, your appoinment may be cancelled and the full fee will be charged. We offer 55 minutes long appointments for all 45 minutes face and body treatments, and 45 minutes for all 35minutes treatments. Refund policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
