Our company was established in 1996 as L.B. Design. We started out as an engineering and design facility; providing top quality service to major companies such as: Ingersoll-Rand, Pratt & Whitney, Bombardier, Toyota, BASF and many others. In early 2000, the company settled in south Florida in the Broward County and Miami-Dade area. Since then, we’ve been developing our machine shop facility where the focus is on quality, precision and excellent customer service. The quality and precision begins by assisting our customers to clearly define exactly what they need.

With technical knowledge and experience as our strength, we are capable of repairing all types of machinery. We are skilled in making modifications to optimize and adapt any type of machinery to better serve the required task. For us, technical challenges are not obstacles. We can create any kind of tool necessary to restore a machine to its original integrity, or better.

In 2005, we formed a close working relationship with many Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Miami manufacturing companies; and we expanded our services to include our welding facility. We do Mig, Tig, Stick and Brazing-welds for most metals; such as, but not limited to: A32, A400, A500, marine stainless steel (any 300 series) and aluminum (5xxx or 6xxx). Our welding facility is an important phase in our expansion which allows us to provide our clients with a “One-Stop Machine Shop”. Being a machinery builder and repair, we enjoy an ad value relation with many other shop and open access to equipment like; CNC machining, Plasma shape cutter, Water-jet, laser cut, shear, break, beam line, gear shaper and so much more.

Our years of experience in custom fabrication, engineering, computer assisted drafting (CAD), numeric assisted (NA) machining and welding includes everything from fabricating parts for aircrafts, boats, high performance vehicles, custom motorcycles and all types of machinery.

What sets us apart from our competitors is that not only can we fabricate parts and machinery, but we provide the engineering, development and CAD capabilities to make any dream become a reality.
