Charges: DUI

On July 5, 2015 the Upper Allen Police Department was dispatched to the intersection of S. Market Street and Spring Valley Lane for the report of a collision involving a car and a motorcycle. During the investigation the operator of the motorcycle, Tyler Heller, was determined to be intoxicated and subsequently arrested for DUI. Heller was transported to the hospital for treatment of his injuries and later to Cumberland County Prison for processing. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled for a later date.
