Yancy Ackerman (1990), Chair, Lexington, KY Certified Public Accountant Yancy has served on BRCC’s Executive Board for over 20 years. She has been a private practice CPA for nearly thirty years. She previously served on the board of The Women’s Neighborly Organization.
Chad Aull (2013), Lexington, KY Executive Assistant to the Lieutenant Governor Chad has been deeply involved in public service in various roles with the Kentucky Democratic Party and Kentucky State Government. Chad currently serves as Executive Assistant to Lieutenant Governor of Kentucky, Jerry Abramson. Chad also serves on Western KY University’s alumni board, the Starting Gate Advisory Board, and the Catholic Action Center.
Ashley Cochrane (2013), Berea, KY Director, Berea College CELTS (Center for Excellence in Learning through Service) A licensed clinical counselor, Ashley has been involved in the anti-violence movement for almost 20 years. She also previously volunteered as a crisis counselor at the BRCC. Ashley currently serves as the Director of Berea College’s CELTS where she provides leadership for Berea College’s community service and academic service-learning programs.

Daniel Gray (2008), Richmond, KY IT Manager Dean, Dorton, Allen, Ford Accounting Daniel serves as Chair of the Fundraising committee and provides technology assistance for the Center. He also volunteers for Hope’s Wings, a domestic violence shelter in Richmond, KY.
Theo Godlaski (2013), Winchester, KY Associate Professor, UK College of Social Work Mr. Godlaski has a long and accomplished career in substance misuse treatment program development and direction in both the public and the private sector. As a professor in UK’s College of Social Work, his current research and publications focus on treatment outcome, professional ethics, and the relationship between intimate victimization and substance misuse. Mr. Godlaski also serves on the board of Shepherd’s House and the CADC Certification Board.

Jane Hughes (2011), Treasurer Lexington, KY Business Owner Jane owns a private accounting practice in Lexington and recently returned to College at Midway College to earn her B.A. in accounting. She has served on the Jessamine County SAVE Center (animal shelter) board and the Phoenix House (halfway house for women) board. She has served as treasurer for the past three years.
