Power Attack! An advanced class, not for the faint-hearted. You won’t believe how much you can do in a 25min, full body, strength, conditioning and cardio class. To do this class you will be pushed to the absolute max, book on if you dare…….!
Pure Beginner This class is aimed at anyone who is embarking on their exercise journey. This gentle class is suitable for anyone who is unfit, but wanting to change that. The class will incorporate balance work, gentle body weight exercises, stretching and massage.
Power Plie Developed with the English National Ballet, these 25 minute group classes feature ballet-inspired exercises such as dynamic pli?s, squats and balances. Get ready to point your toes as you strengthen your core, improve overall flexibility and sculpt lean dancers muscles. Suitable for all ages, fitness levels, men and women!
Power 15 A fantastic new class, a mix of High Intensity Interval Training and stretch and massage, incorporating yoga moves. A full 15 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training using the Power Plate and our fab Keiser Spin Bikes. Short, intense class aimed at burning maximum calories and provide improved athletic capacity and condition. Followed by a 10min Stretch & Massage programme to relax the muscles just used. Using the advantages of Power Plate® technology to improve your flexibility and range of motion – help promote longer leaner muscles. The Power Plate® is proven to reduce cellulite. You will come out feeling worked, energised, taller and more relaxed!
Power Boxing High intensity boxing style training, designed to burn those calories and tone the body all at once. Boxing is a great way to get fit and have fun whilst doing it! You will learn basic techniques and get a fantastic cardio workout whilst toning all those hard to reach areas. From pad drills to shadow boxing there will never be a dull moment in a Power Boxing class.
Pure Power Workout This is a very versatile class as it caters for all fitness levels. During your 25-minute class the instructor guides you through a total body workout – you will increase muscular strength, accelerate metabolism, reduce the appearance of cellulite, reduce stress and aid in weight and inch loss.
Pure Tone This class is a challenging and dynamic workout, which will improve muscle tone and strength. You will come out of this class after working the entire body, feeling strong and ready to face the world. A great combination alongside the Power Circuit class for a fantastic body.
Power Circuit Power Circuit is a high energy, fun, full body workout to help build muscle strength, stamina and power. Within this class, you will move from station to station to burn calories by combining Power Plate® strength with cardiovascular aerobic intervals to keep the heart rate elevated and your workout efficient. Hard, but fun!
Power HIIT A full 25 minutes of pure cardio – welcome to our High Intensity Interval Training class! Based around interval training but ensuring high intensity cardio, those calories will melt away! This short intense workout, will provide improved athletic capacity and condition. (Ideally – one six week Power Plate course including Power Circuit classes to have been completed, before signing up to this class)
Pure Core Everyone has a six pack under there somewhere! If you haven’t found yours yet, this class will send you on your way. Involving toning and strengthening exercises in a circuit format, that whole core area will be really challenged
Power Blast – please note that this is an advanced class This class is unique within our offering. Spend 45 minutes with us and really blast your body using the best Power Plate® of the bunch teamed with a fantastic bike. You will leave the class after this interval led session feeling fabulous having worked your body to the limit. (Ideally, one six week Power Plate course including Power Circuit / Power HIIT classes to have been completed, before signing up to this class)
25 Minute Power Blast A shorter version of our unique Power Blast. Really give your body a blast using the best Power Plate® of the bunch teamed with a fantastic bike. The 25 minute version of our popular ‘Power Blast’ class will ensure that you leave the class after this interval led session feeling fabulous having worked your body to the limit.
Pure Stretch and Maintenance Enjoy a stretching class to relax the muscles. Using the advantages of Power Plate® technology to improve your flexibility and range of motion – help promote longer leaner muscles. The Power Plate® is proven to reduce cellulite – this class is the perfect chance to focus on this too. You will come out feeling taller, more relaxed and improved circulation. This is a great addition to any exercise regime. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
A Pure Introduction - this doesn’t feature on our time table – we will fit it in, at a time that suits you This class is designed to introduce you to the Power Plate® regardless of your age or fitness level. The 25-minute total body workout will show you how to minimize impact, increase muscle strength and improve flexibility. Learn basic poses and terminology and feel confident as you begin your Power Plate® journey.
