Roseville Surgical Alliance serves Roseville, California and the surrounding communities. In January 2008, Drs. Scott Braley, Jack Friedlander, Rolf Gulbrandson, and Alan McNabb combined practices to become the largest group of independent general surgeons in Northern California.

We have created a unique surgical model which enables us to perform a wide variety of procedures in our private, fully accredited office-based surgery center. We have found that our patients appreciate the convenience and comfort of our surgery center for a variety of procedures including hernia repairs, breast biopsies, hemorrhoid/perianal treatment, and cutaneous/subcutaneous procedures. Additionally, we are able to expedite scheduling in our surgery center as we maintain control of the schedule. Our practice and surgery center are accredited by The Joint Commission on Accreditation for Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), which assures that we meet or exceed all standards of patient safety and quality of care.

In addition to our office-based surgery center, RSA surgeons are affiliated with Sutter Roseville Medical Center and Mercy San Juan. In-patient and out-patient hospital-based procedures include:
