The River City Rascals 2nd annual Diamond Dig Ladies Night, presented by Great Clips and Millers Fine Jewelry,  is set for this Sunday, September 1 at 6:05 PM. The Diamond Dig is a thrilling, but dirty, race to find two 1/2 carat diamond earrings buried beneath the field at T.R. Hughes Ballpark. Women will be able to purchase a popsicle stick for $3 as an instrument to help them dig, but often they resort to using their hands in the search for the $1,500 pair of diamonds. Along with the opportunity to diamond dig, the first 500 women in the ballpark will receive a free flower courtesy of Walter Knoll Florist.

All proceeds raised from selling popsicle sticks will be given to the . This will also be the final regular season home game of the 2013 season, so fans are encouraged to use any unredeemed vouchers to come to the game.
