Court-Ordered Treatment Individuals who have been court-ordered to receive DUI, Substance Abuse, and Domestic Violence treatment can go to Valle del Sol for services. Court ordered as well as non-court ordered referrals are accepted. Locations where services are offered include: Central Phoenix, South Phoenix, East Mesa, Tempe, Maryvale and Avondale. AHCCCS eligibility will be checked at the time of intake. If the client is not actively enrolled with AHCCCS at the time of the intake, he/she will pay the regular fees.
