Christopher J R King BDS MSc (Implants) Specialist in Periodontics (full time). Chris has been a partner in the practice since 1991 and the principal partner since the retirement of Malcolm Bishop in 2008. He is a general dentist offering both private and NHS treatment. Chris has been on the specialist periodontal list since 1998 and accepts new patients on a private basis. In November 2011, Chris achieved an MSc in Implant Dentistry from Warwick University and offers this treatment to patients within the practice, also accepting referrals from other practices. Previously Chris has been a Vocational Trainer, guiding and mentoring newly qualified dentists through their first year of practice and the Vocational Training Scheme.

Louis Gaigher BChD (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri) Louis qualified in 1993 from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He joined a busy NHS practice in London as an associate, before relocating to Hertford in 1999. He became a partner in the practice in 2000 and offers both private and NHS treatment.

Alison Chastell BDS (Mon, Tues, Thurs) Alison qualified from the School of Dentistry, University of Birmingham in 2005. She has worked at the practice since qualifying and completed her Vocational Training within the practice. She became a partner in 2008 and offers both private and NHS treatment.

Harpreet Chal BDS MFDS (Mon, Wed, Thurs) Harpreet qualified from the School of Dentistry, University of Birmingham in 2006. He completed his Vocational Training in the practice and has continued to specialise, currently working to complete a masters degree in cosmetic restorative dentistry. He offers both private and NHS treatment.

Melanie Quest BDS (Wed, Fri) Melanie graduated from Liverpool University in 1995. She has spent many years working in practice, joining our practice in January 2011. In 2011 she completed a course in Restorative Dentistry. She offers both private and NHS treatment.

Chrystall-Lena Lazaridou BDS (Tues, Wed, Fri) Chrystall-Lena qualified from Kings College Dental Institute, London in 2008. She completed her vocational training at a practice in Hoddesdon and continued working there for 2 years. She then joined our practice and offers both NHS and private treatment.

Savan Shah BDS (Hons) (Mon, Tues, Thurs) Savan carried out his undergraduate training at Cardiff University and completed his vocational training within the practice. In 2012/13 he completed a hospital DF2 post in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the QEII and Lister Hospitals.

Sarah Stuart CEB Certificate in Dental Hygiene Sarah joined the practice in 1984 shortly after qualifying at University College Dental Hospital, where she also worked as a tutor hygienist (FAETC). She works at the practice 3 days a week.

Joan Quinney CEB Certificate in Dental Hygiene Joan qualified at the Royal Dental Hospital in 1971 and has since worked in both University College Hospital and in Harley Street. She has worked at the practice for many years, now working with us on a Wednesday.

Sharon Dodwell CEB Certificate in Dental Hygiene Sharon qualified at University College Dental Hospital in 1979. She also has a Diploma in Dental Health Education. She has worked at the practice for many years and now works with us 2 days a week.

Fiona Monk Fiona has worked at the practice for over 30 years, initially as a dental nurse and receptionist and for the last 25 years as our practice manager.
