Your meal plan will include options that support special dietary needs like vegan, gluten free, and dairy free. Not all options will fall under those categories, but each month you’ll be given a new plan. Over time you will build up a collection of specialty recipes and meal ideas. You will receive 3 workout videos including Barre, Yoga, and SwanFit! No special equipment is needed, but 2 lightweight dumbbells are recommended for the Barre workout. You will be performing the workouts in a sequence that support your own personal goals.
