Our Payment and Cancellation Policies Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Kindly give 24 hour notice if you are unable to make your appointment. A fee of $40 will be charged for missed appointments and late cancellations. New Patient Appointment:  $125 (includes consultation, acupuncture, treatment plan and vibrational sound healing) Acupuncture Healing Session (current patient):  $85 (the second session in the same week is $55) Acupuncture Healing Session (current patient) with :  $100 : Current Patient: $100*** (with Acupuncture Treatment: $140) New Patient: $150*** (with Acupuncture Treatment: $200) Quantum Reflex Analysis Re-tests:  $50 (30 min. session) ***The initial QRA visit is typically 60 minutes which includes a thorough review of present nutritional concerns and an advanced, comprehensive nutritional and detox program including recommended state-of-the-art supplements.  Nutritional testing will be performed to pinpoint-target specialbody needs. In addition, QRA Kinesiological testing may be used to help identify specific needs and interference fields. If more time is needed additional fee will be added (based on $100 per hour), prorated for the actual extra-time spent. Follow-up appointments are usually recommended at 5 to 8 week intervals and average 30-60 minutes, depending on the extent of each client’s needs and concerns.  If extra time is necessary for QRA Re-tests, fee will be added (based on $100 per hour) prorated for the actual time spent. Consult Only:  $50 :  $45 for first homeopathic remedy, if additional remedies necessary, $15 for each.
