As a native East Texan, I have seen our community grow and change in many positive ways. I feel the time is right for Tyler Hypnotherapy and Hypnobabies. As a certified clinical hypnotherapist, I assist people who are looking to make positive changes in their lives. Some of the areas where I use hypnosis are smoking cessation, weight reduction, pain management and Hypnobabies Childbirth Education.

In 2007 I became a member of The American Council for Hypnotist Examiners (A.C.H.E.), after graduating from The Dallas Hypnosis Training Institute. The ACHE is a governing body that maintains the integrity of those certified in hypnosis and hypnotherapy. In 2009, I completed an extensive training program, Hypnobabies, in Southern California. Hypnobabies Childbirth Education classes prepare mothers to use the vast resources of their sub-conscious mind. This training will help every expectant mother have a safe and comfortable childbirth experience. As a Hypnobabies Childbirth Educator, I want to empower women and families to create the best birthing experience possible. Continuing education is necessary for membership with The A.C.H.E. and Hypnobabies, which I pursue annually.

I have lived in the Tyler area for over 40 years. I am a graduate of Robert E. Lee H.S. and Tyler Junior College. Married over 22 years, my husband and I have one son. I have been involved in various organizations and ministries over the years. Through these programs, I have been blessed to see many lives changed. I have had the opportunity to develop skills and tools that greatly enhance my abilities as a hypnotherapist and Hypnobabies Childbirth Educator.
